We have a "No up front fees" policy. If we don't collect, we don't get paid it's that simple.
1. We retain 30% of the money we collect. (Medical/Dental 25%)
2. If the account was placed with another agency prior to us we retain 40%.
3. Judgment Enforcement 30% (no assignment you pay lawyer fees).
4. Judgment Enforcement by assignment 50% not other fees.
